* Self-Serve Flow: Develop seamless conversion experiences that let prospects become members instantly – from discovery, quote to final signup.
* Support broader business initiatives, including partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that strengthen the company’s market position.
* Website: Build and optimize – the high‑traffic platform where millions discover the company and convert into members across all markets.
* Marketing Engine: Power all acquisition channels (paid, SEO, LLM, etc.) that drive organic and paid traffic at scale;
keep pace with marketing trends and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
You’ll actively collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product (Eng, Data, PM, Design).

The Engineering Team
In our engineering team we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first‑class service to members, health professionals, and to ourselves. We move fast, own the product from decisions to implementation, and are proud to tackle big problems. The stack includes React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL, all in a monorepo, with daily deployments and a culture of distributed ownership.
How We Work
Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
Remote work: We offer remote flexibility but value in‑person collaboration.
