Experteer Overview In this role you will drive new initiatives and partnerships to support Amadeus’ regional and long-term strategy. You will collaborate across teams, shape early opportunities into scalable outcomes, and act as a resource for colleagues. You’ll work independently with a clear plan, while contributing to cross-functional projects and business decisions. This position offers exposure to entrepreneurial initiatives and impact on product development and user experience.
Compensaciones / Incentivos • Lead and support small to mid-sized business initiatives and analyses under BD Manager • Identify and develop new business opportunities via market analysis, customer insights, and partner outreach • Evaluate and develop strategic partnerships aligned with regional strategy • Define work plans, engage stakeholders, and manage early-stage execution of new initiatives • Provide interim project leadership and ensure smooth handover to operational teams
Responsabilidades • 5-7 years of sales experience in an IT environment with digital tools • strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to build business cases • exposure to data analysis, sales processes, and KPIs • excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse teams • ability to work in dynamic environments, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from concept to execution • desirable depending on travel/hospitality experience is an advantage
