As a

German-Speaking Onboarding Account Manager

, you are more than a point of contact; Execute the end-to-end onboarding of a diverse portfolio of new clients, architecting high-performing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns tailored to their specific industry verticals.
Performance Optimization:

Set up and manage results-driven campaigns designed for immediate market impact while ensuring structural integrity for long-term scalability.
Growth & Revenue Generation:

Proactively identify opportunities for campaign upselling and increased investment by demonstrating clear, data-backed value and ROI.
Relationship Management:

Minimize churn through relentless engagement and by positioning yourself as an indispensable partner in the client’s digital journey.
Data Integrity:

Maintain a meticulous customer database (CRM), ensuring all strategic insights, interactions, and account health indicators are accurately documented.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years

in a sales, marketing, or client-facing capacity. C2-level proficiency in

German

and

English

is essential for navigating complex technical discussions and cultural nuances.
AI & Digital Fluency:

Superior verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital ecosystems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Acumen:

German Market Specialization
Cultural & Business Intelligence:

A sophisticated understanding of the German business landscape, including regional etiquette and communication styles required to build rapid rapport.
