Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-centric Product and Sales Marketing Manager to join our international marketing team. In this role, you will drive international sales marketing initiatives, understand video advertising industry technology, execute go-to-market and launch strategies, develop strategic marketing plans, and craft compelling stories tailored to our markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales marketing within the ad tech industry, with a strong understanding of global market trends and dynamics.
Job Description
1. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights across regions. Use findings to shape marketing strategies.
2. Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors' products, strategies, and messaging to identify strengths and weaknesses, informing product differentiation.
3. Go-to-Market Strategy: Support international product launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, sales, and partnerships.
4. Product Positioning and Messaging: Define value propositions, develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and documentation to communicate product benefits effectively.
5. Marketing Activations: Increase product awareness and demand through press and thought leadership, working with brand marketing teams.
6. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create presentations, battle cards, and training programs, providing tools to enhance selling efforts.
7. Customer Engagement: Develop programs to promote product adoption, gather feedback, and inform product development.
