About The Role
As the Product Expert in Omnichannel Products at Nespresso, you will analyze and define business and functional requirements, collaborate with team members to translate these into meaningful user experiences and strategies, and ensure product quality.
The Product Expert also validates digital solutions to meet requirements and owns domain-specific product documentation, serving as the go-to knowledge resource.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in requirements gathering, analyzing business needs, and assessing project feasibility.
* Ability to identify gaps in functionality, document system components, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
* Ownership of developing requirement specifications, estimating costs, time, and resources.
* Collaboration with service development teams to suggest solutions and process improvements.
* Providing documentation, training, and support to stakeholders and teams.
* Involving stakeholders in defining new services or upgrades and managing backlog prioritization.
Who You Are
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
* 3+ years in Business or System Analyst roles, with experience in large-scale digital projects, especially in D2C touchpoints.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with structured problem-solving frameworks.
* Experience in digital projects, e-commerce, web, app development, analytics, and digital marketing.
* Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal abilities.
Bonus Points If You :
* Have experience in omnichannel B2C industries.
* Have worked in FMCG or luxury sectors.
* Have experience with technologies like Commerce Tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Genesys, or Chatbots.
