In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the technical evaluation of our digital solutions and ensuring long-term customer success.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead the technical design and architectural strategy for complex digital solutions, creating scope documents and Statements of Work that align with client business challenges.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to advance strategic deals to closure and ensure a coherent path to success for our clients.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations while responding to technical, functional, and non-functional requirements in RFPs and RFQs.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services.
- Strong knowledge of ECM, BPM, App-Dev, and AI/ML concepts, with familiarity in major cloud providers such as AWS and GCP.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and technical storytelling, effectively communicating complex architectural landscapes to both technical and C-Suite audiences.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
