Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transport Management (TM).
* Analyze business requirements and define SAP solutions aligned with best practices.
* Prepare and conduct Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
* Design solutions and propose process improvements to address identified gaps.
* Coordinate system implementation with nearshore/offshore teams.
* Act as a trusted advisor to the client and take on project management responsibilities.
Requirements:
* 8-10 years of experience in SAP EWM/TM.
* Participation in 3-5 full project lifecycles in SAP EWM/TM.
* Deep knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management and/or Transport Management processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (certification is a plus).
* Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects.
* Strong skills in gathering, validating, synthesizing, and communicating data for diverse audiences.
* Higher education degree in Economics, IT, or equivalent.
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
* Proactive, communicative team player and self-starter.
* Willingness to travel for project-related needs.
