NPAW is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our Team in Barcelona. In this position, you will play a crucial role in our HR department, actively contributing to the sourcing, recruitment, hiring and onboarding of new talent, which fuels our company's growth.
Responsibilities
* Your main objective will be to source, identify, and recruit technical talent using platforms such as LinkedIn or other job boards. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from the initial stages to offer acceptance. While your primary focus will be on technical roles, occasionally, you will also handle the recruitment processes for more operational profiles.
* Meet with hiring managers to collect job requirements and define the necessary skills to successfully develop the role needed
* Interview candidates by phone, video call and face-to-face, being able to identify the weaknesses and strengths of each profile to decide if it fits with the job requirements
* Create a strong pipeline of qualified candidates by working proactively in the search for technical profiles for current and future job positions. You will also assist with employer branding, attend job fairs, maintain a calendar of events and liaise with universities.
* Open to present, develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract new candidates
* Oversee & manage the onboarding process for new employees, making it engaging, consistent and informative.
* Maintain all employee data by ensuring that HR files and systems are accurate and up to date
* Produce HR statistics and reporting. Analyze People's KPIs to identify pain points, propose solutions and maintain industry benchmarks.
* Act as a brand ambassador for the company, contributing to build new initiatives to promote our culture and values: such as Engagement Surveys, Feedback, Celebrations and programs that improve the Employee Experience.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
* +2 years as a Tech Recruiter with proven experience in SaaS/Tech industries.
* Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, HRIS and ATS systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
* Strong sense of confidentiality
* People and action-oriented, with a focus on results.
* Excellent organization, time-management and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for technology and genuine interest in staying abreast of emerging trends in the tech industry.
* Fluent level of English and Spanish. Catalan will be a plus.
* Familiarity with Portuguese labor law would be a plus point.
