As Global Category Manager IS/IT, you will shape procurement strategies to ensure quality, reliability and cost efficiency in an international IS/IT environment. You’ll drive supplier collaboration and cost optimization while supporting ABB’s growth in AI and robotics-focused infrastructure. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement sourcing programs and manage major supplier relationships, including a new IS-infrastructure initiative under SoftBank. This role combines strategic sourcing with leadership to deliver measurable value across markets.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and supplier capacity
• Negotiate agreements, manage contracts and maintain ongoing supplier relationships
• Lead planning and tracking of procurement activities, budgets and savings forecasts
• Drive cost-out programs to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with procurement standards, code of conduct and global/local policies
• Collaborate with IS-team vendor managers and contribute to the new IS-infrastructure project under SoftBank ownership
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of international IS/IT procurement, category management or supply chain experience
• Proven experience handling IS/IT suppliers across hardware, software and ERP domains is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships xpzdshu effectively
• Solid budgeting, performance management and data analysis capabilities
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; English fluent; additional languages advantageous
