The Owners are seeking a highly accomplished culinary professional with a strong foundation in health-forward cuisine, particularly Keto and Gluten-Free gastronomy, while maintaining the versatility required for world-class charter service.This role requires a chef who can deliver refined, beautifully presented dishes that prioritise quality ingredients and balanced nutrition, without overreliance on butter, oil, salt, or sugar.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:- Advanced expertise in Keto and Gluten-Free cuisine- Proven ability to produce high-quality keto breads and desserts- A clean, healthy cooking style with emphasis on premium, seasonal ingredients- Strong pastry capability within low-carb and gluten-free frameworks- Versatility across Mediterranean, Asian, modern European and contemporary international cuisines- Elegant, fine-dining presentation suitable for charter guestsThe Owner values creativity within structure.
