Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales of TBEA Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions (central and string inverter), BESS solution, Statcom, Micro-grid, SCADA and TB-eCloud services in utility scale solar projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, organize and coordinate company resources to fully understand customers' requirements, help customers optimize design and improve LOCE.
Conduct timely market investigation and report to the company, providing suggestions on market development and approach strategy to key accounts.
Help optimize company's sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction and secure stable, long‐term customer support.
Payment collection.
Requirements
Bachelor in sales, electronics, electrical, engineering or renewables, with minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in utility‐scale solar projects and a strong network of key accounts.
Excellent team‐player, target‐oriented, and a basic requirement for all candidates.
Excellent communication skills, able to listen to customers' requests carefully with patience, and strong coordination ability to lead the team to meet customer requirements.
Very good understanding of local renewable policies.
Strong sense of risk control in daily operations.
Experience in solar inverter, solar module sales and project development is preferred.
