brPrinciple Accountabilities:

br~ Ensuring that all interactions are undertaken in a professional and courteous manner.

brKey Tasks:
br
brResponsible for provision of training and development for finance staff on financial software and reporting tools
brResponsible for technical support and troubleshooting; providing expert support to finance teams, resolving system-related issues and diagnosing errors
brResponsible for identification and implementation of process enhancements, automation opportunities and software solutions to streamline finance processes
brSupport design and implementation of reports to meet requirements arising from compliance obligations, business analysis and decision-making processes.
brResponsible for ensuring that systems are compliant with internal control frameworks and accounting principles
brResponsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and accounting standards
brSupport development of the framework of financial controls through system enhancements and reporting improvements
brWork with IT, operations, external vendors, EDI providers and other stakeholders on system-related projects including implementation of new technologies, system upgrades and integrations
brUndertake other reasonable duties as requested

brRequired:
brFinance qualification – degree or vocational qualification (e.g. grado superior)
brExperience using and supporting finance systems
brDesirable:
brPrior experience as a systems accountant
brExperience working in finance within the waste or logistics industries.
brExperience using Infor M3 and/or other Infor applications
brExperience of project delivery
brFluent in Spanish. At least, B2 in English.
brSpanish driving licence.
brCommunication and teamwork skills

brExcellent computer skills particularly Excel
