The Role
We're hiring ambitious, disciplined SDRs who want to kick-start their sales career in a fast-growing startup. You'll be the front line of our GTM motion: sourcing leads, running outbound sequences, and generating qualified opportunities for our BDMs.
You'll be targeting both SMB and Enterprise customers, helping us open doors in organizations where clean CRM workflows and reduced admin load make a measurable impact on sales performance.
This is the ideal role for someone early in their sales journey who wants to learn fast, put in the reps, and grow into a full-cycle sales role.
What you'll do
Prospect into SMB and Enterprise accounts in key markets across Europe (Germany, France, Spain, UK).
Make 100+ cold calls and cold emails per day through structured outbound sequences.
Qualify prospects through short discovery conversations.
Understand CRM-related challenges and spot where SOPHIE solves real pain.
Book high-quality meetings for our BDMs.
Work closely with Sales Leadership to refine messaging, outreach tactics, and ICP learnings.
Keep the CRM clean and organised (SOPHIE makes this easier than you'd expect).
Treat pipeline generation like a sport: consistent, metric-driven, and always improving.
What we're looking for
~0–2 years of experience in SDR, Lead Gen, or any outbound-heavy role.
~ Resilience, hunger, and a competitive mindset — you're energized by targets, not intimidated by them.
~ Clear and confident communication skills.
~ Comfortable with high-volume prospecting and daily KPIs.
~ Curious and eager to learn SaaS sales fundamentals.
~ Fluency in English and one or more of German, French, or Spanish.
~ A team-first attitude — you'll work hand in hand with BDMs to build pipeline across multiple customer segments.

Salary range : 28,000€ - 36,000€ + bonus
