Job Title: Retail Store ManagerLead a team by developing and empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
Responsibilities include recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
Participate in floor leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling exemplary behaviors, and ensuring business priorities are met along with delivering exceptional customer service.
Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners to meet store performance goals through planning and executing operational strategies within your assigned functions.
Uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
