Location: Barcelona, Spain
As a Business Analyst in the perfumery division, you will play a key role in one of the company’s largest Global Strategic Accounts. You will drive and support business operations and commercial activities, including sales support, price management, financial and market analysis. Working on daily operations will expose you to the inner workings of the account and allow you to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders at DSM‑Firmenich, namely supply chain, finance, pricing, and sales excellence teams. The role offers a steep learning curve to expand your operational and commercial toolbox in a high‑paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage price list and ensure alignment with the customer systems
Support and develop analytical basis for strategic decisions, e.G. core listing, transparency model, rebate schemes reconciliation, etc.
Responsible for analysis of sales and financial performance to drive better decision making for the account, i.E. sales reports, market trends, etc.
Ensure efficient sales operations
Support in the optimization of portfolio management to ensure smooth phase‑in and phase‑out of materials
Build strategic roadmaps to drive efficiencies and results of UL GBU, e.G. project management of margin diluter
Identify and deploy best practices within the team, ensuring continuous process improvement
Ensure smooth collaboration between the local accounts team and global key stakeholders
Support regulatory activities, i.E. IFRA, RM shortages, new regulations
E2E program tracking and promote delivery of programs & key milestones
Ensure data maintenance and update in the customer supply portal

Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain
2‑5 years of relevant experience (e.G. finance, supply chain, sales operations, consulting)
Strong interest in connecting data, financials and consumer insights to support business decisions
Strong analytical and communication skills
Excellent IT skillset, specifically Microsoft Office tools
Result‑oriented approach based on effective process management
Pragmatic and seeks realistic solutions
