We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our **Trade Marketing **Department **as** Business Development Analyst **in Madrid.
**What are we looking for?**
As part of the Trade Marketing Department team, you’ll ensure the smooth running of the following activities:
- Run all the analysis with an integrated vision to provide holistic insights:
- Market data monitoring (Nielsen panel, ad hoc deep dives)
- Consumer KPI evolution (Consumer panel)
- Shopper analysis
- Be responsible for the collection, order, and communication to the entire business unit of the market/consumer information received from the different research institutes (Nielsen / Kantar / Customer sell in /out data...)
- Manage relationships with external agencies (Nielsen, Kantar..)
- Manage business intelligence analysis and tools (RGM initiatives, trade margin, elasticity analysis, nexus..)
- Ensure the correct implementation of the marketing plans by customer.
- Detect opportunities for assortment, promotion, and visibility in accounts.
- Support sales team with market data analysis and ad hoc trade presentations.
**You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, post-graduate marketing qualification desirable.
- Proven expertise and wide-ranging experience of Trade Marketing in a FMCG integral organization (a minimum of 3-4 years working experience) or in FCMG data companies (Nielsen, IRI, gfk).
- Strong business and analytical skills.
- Able to translate market data into valuable insights.
- Process-orientated, fact-based and a strong sense of urgency.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Previous experience using Nielsen. Power BI experience is a very nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
