Your responsibilities will include:
Collection and Viewing
* Supervising on-site pick-up and viewing days to ensure smooth operations.
* Organizing external service providers, such as those handling pick-ups, cleaning, and scrapping.
* Handling on-site difficulties and resolving escalations to maintain efficient workflows.
* Delivering lots to buyers and ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Supervising safety protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance on-site.
* Managing pre- and post-sales processes, including credit handling.
Preparation and Cataloging of Content
* Create and organize lot content, prioritizing and grouping items effectively.
* Enhance auction listings with relevant details, engaging titles, and specific descriptions like forklift availability.
* Assess and optimize time spent on activities, influencing marketing and sales strategies.
* Monitor photography and descriptions to ensure accuracy and effective auction dynamics, including valuation estimates.
What We Expect From You
* Previous experience as a Sales Technician or Project Manager in industry or related fields is a plus, but a relevant degree also qualifies you.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required; additional European languages are a plus.
* A solid understanding of machinery and the manufacturing industry.
* Interest and familiarity with IT systems and technology are essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under stress.
