Food Ingredient Sales Manager (Iberia)
Our client, a global leader in specialty food ingredients, is seeking a Food Ingredient Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across Spain and Portugal.
The Role:
You’ll drive sales of specialty food ingredients, with a focus on yeast extracts and smoke alternatives, managing key accounts and developing new business in the food manufacturing sector. With a strategic approach, you’ll identify market opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and position your portfolio as a preferred solution for innovative food products.
Who You Are:
A commercially savvy professional with a technical background in the food industry (experience in meat applications is ideal;
sweet/beverage knowledge is a plus).
Fluent in Spanish and English (business language).
A proven leader or strong individual contributor ready to take ownership of the Iberian market.
Skilled at negotiating, problem-solving, and translating customer needs into technical solutions.
