* Responsible for the performance and quality control of the product obtained and the work performed, supervising personnel, production process, logistics and raw materials.
* Planning and organizing production.

* Reviewing personnel performance.
* Reviewing and properly maintaining machinery conditions.
* Implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
* Engineering background
* Technical skills and knowledge (in the area of production, but also maintenance, quality, logistics, etc).
* Strong management and team leadership skills.
* Experience in the operation and set-up of production machines.
* Independence in decision making, with critical and dynamic resolution capacity.
* Handling of computer tools and continuous process improvement.
* English and Spanish fluent
