We're seeking a sharp, strategic
Digital Onboarding Account Manager
to join our fast-paced, international team in
vibrant Barcelona
(hybrid model). You will be the expert responsible for launching, guiding, and optimizing new clients on one of the world's leading
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) platforms .
Your Mission: Strategize, Launch, and OptimizeIn this critical, high-impact role, you will be the key to our clients' initial success. You will manage a portfolio of new advertisers in the Netherlands and Belgium, ensuring they have the strongest possible start.
Own the entire client onboarding cycle. Design, implement, and launch
high-performing PPC campaigns
for new clients, focusing on immediate and measurable results.Engage proactively with businesses via outbound calls to understand their objectives and present
tailored digital advertising strategies
and solutions.Develop clear, executable strategies for both
short-term impact
and
long-term success
on the platform.Identify opportunities to
increase campaign investment
through optimization and strategic upsells based on initial performance data.Build
strong, trusted relationships
and deliver an outstanding customer experience while expertly managing a high volume of daily interactions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client progress and data within our
CRM systems .
What You Need to Launch with Us:We're looking for an ambitious professional with deep digital acumen who is ready to make a significant impact.
C2 level fluency in Dutch
is essential, coupled with professional proficiency (C1) in
English. French is a fantastic bonus!20+ months
of successful experience in sales and/or marketing in a
client-facing role, ideally focused on paid digital advertising (PPC).A strong understanding of the
Benelux market
and local cultural business practices.Hands-on experience with major
PPC platforms
and familiarity with
CRM tools
and modern outreach strategies.A Bachelor's degree (a Masters in Marketing/Communications is a plus).Excellent communication, compelling presentation, and a proactive,
results-driven
mindset.
