Your role:
* Coordinates and supports the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for a complex portfolio of products, solutions, and services, ensuring alignment with overall business and marketing objectives to drive market growth, working under limited supervision.
* Analyzes market trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer/customer insights to provide strategic input into marketing plans, refine value propositions, and optimize global assets for sales teams, ensuring effective campaign and program objectives.
* Develops and recommends pricing and promotion strategies to enhance sales and profitability, ensuring data-driven responses to market dynamics.
* Develops and executes end-of-life strategies for products, managing discontinuation and inventory reduction.
You're the right fit if:
* Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Commercial Services Management or equivalent.
* You possess a LEAN Six Sigma (Advanced) certification or an equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrated expertise in Business Acumen, Business Development, and Product Portfolio Management, with a strong focus on developing and executing Go-to-Market Strategies and New Product Introductions (NPI).
* Ability to translate clinical data and scientific evidence into impactful commercial strategies
* Experience in Omnichannel Customer Engagement and Shopper Marketing, with a proven track record of increasing customer interaction and enhancing brand presence across multiple channels.
* Skilled in Proposition Development, creating compelling offerings that align with market needs and drive growth within target segments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills; able to align diverse teams across medical, market access, regulatory, supply, and local markets
* Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
