**About the Project**
**Role & Responsibilities**
As a predoctoral researcher, you will:
- Conduct laboratory experiments on chitosan hydrogels loaded with FGFC1.
- Characterize hydrogels using microscopic, spectroscopic, and rheological techniques.
- Evaluate biocompatibility, stem cell proliferation, and regenerative potential.
- Perform cell-based assays, gene expression studies, and protein analysis.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to scientific publications.
- Present results at conferences and workshops.
- Education: Master’s degree in biomedical sciences, biomaterials, bioengineering, or related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with hydrogels, cell culture, and regenerative medicine research preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Hydrogel fabrication & characterization
- Cell culture (primary cells & cell lines)
- Histology and immunocytochemistry (Alizarin Red, von Kossa, ALP, FITC, DAPI)
- Language: English (proficient)
- Strong motivation for a predoctoral research career in regenerative medicine.
