Event ManagementEnd responsible for our biannual New Hires event.Build quarterly online Spanish webinars to share knowledge and best practices.Support the organizer of our annual onsite Spanish Summit.Coordinate internal workshops and seminars to enhance team skills.Office ManagementServe as the central point for the Madrid office.Supervise and coordinate daily office operations (food, materials, hardware, meeting spaces, suppliers, maintenance, etc.).Ensure a comfortable, safe, productive, and happy working environment.Manage reception, visitors, mail, and courier services.Internal Administrative and Operations SupportAssist Human Resources with onboarding, offboarding, training coordination, team building, and welfare initiatives.Manage agendas and travel arrangements for senior leadership.Organize internal meetings, trips, and events.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.Coordinate internal processes and tools.What are we looking for in you?
Higher education (FPII) or university degree.Previous experience in administrative, coordination, or similar roles.Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.Positive attitude, energy, interpersonal skills, and a desire to add value.What do we offer?
