People who observe, interpret and transform ideas into product. /p p As a Designer, you will be part of the creative development of the collection, translating trends, movement and performance needs into relevant, functional and contemporary products. /p pb What you will do /b /p ulli Design and develop apparel and/or footwear collections aligned with the ZARA ATHLETICZ identity /lili Research trends, materials and innovations, translating them into clear product proposals /lili Select fabrics, colors and trims, balancing aesthetics and performance /lili Create sketches, technical sheets and product specifications /lili Work closely with Pattern and Development teams on prototypes, fittings and final product definition /lili Ensure consistency of design, fit and functionality across the collection /lili Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coherent product story /lili Follow the product from concept to final execution, ensuring quality and design integrity /lili Contribute new ideas, concepts and creative solutions to the collection /li /ul pb What we are looking for /b /p ulli Experience in fashion and/or sportswear design, ideally within performance or active categories /lili Strong understanding of product, from concept to final garment or footwear /lili Sensitivity to trends, materials and color, with a clear design point of view /lili Passion for sport and understanding of movement and functionality /lili Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects /lili Curiosity, creativity and a proactive mindset /lili Strong attention to detail and product sensibility /lili Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (3D tools are a plus) /lili Strong communication and teamwork skills /lili Fluency in English /lili Degree in Fashion Design or related field /lili Availability to relocate to La Coruña /li /ul pb What we offer /b /pulli The opportunity to be part of a growing and evolving category within ZARA /lili A creative environment where ideas quickly become product /lili Direct involvement in the full design process, from concept to store /lili Continuous learning within an international and dynamic context /li /ul
