- Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverages, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.
- Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and skillfully overcoming customer objections.
- Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.
- Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
- Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
