We are looking for a
Content & Distribution Lead
to own and operate our content system end-to-end. This is a key role in building a marketing engine that compounds over time, not a social media execution role.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every meaningful insight, listing, conversation, podcast, or video is turned into high-quality, well-distributed content across all relevant platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, organization, and editorial judgment.
Your mission
To build and run a disciplined, high-standard content and distribution system that consistently communicates Drumelia's vision, professionalism, and values, while maximizing the impact of everything we produce.
Key responsibilities
* Own the content calendar across all platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, etc.)
* Translate long-form content (videos, podcasts, talks, interviews) into short-form and written formats
* Define and execute clear repurposing logic so no valuable content is underused
* Ensure publishing consistency, timing, and prioritization
* Prepare and publish blog content within an established SEO & GEO framework
* Coordinate closely with:
* Videographer (production)
* Senior Editor (post-production)
* Head of Marketing (performance insights, priorities, SEO/GEO strategy)
* CEO (direction, voice, strategic themes)
* Maintain high quality and brand standards across all outputs
* Use AI tools intelligently to improve efficiency and scale
* Bring structure, clarity, and rhythm to daily marketing execution
What this role is not
* Not a junior social media manager
* Not a pure content creator or designer
* Not a community manager
* Not a performance marketing role
This role owns the system, not just tasks.
