Bambaw is a Belgian sustainable lifestyle brand building durable alternatives to everyday products, from safety razors to home textiles. We are part of Brolutions, a group that also includes Oravix and Arista Ayurveda. Our product range spans over 800 active SKUs sourced primarily from Asia, warehoused through 3PL partners and Amazon's own fulfilment network, and sold across Amazon (EU, UK, US, CA), our own website, and wholesale partners. We are growing fast and need someone to own the Amazon logistics piece end-to-end.
About the Role
We are looking for an Amazon Logistics Coordinator to take full ownership of all logistics that happen inside the Amazon ecosystem. That means managing FBA inbound shipments across all our marketplaces (EU, UK, US, CA), running our AWD (Amazon Warehousing and Distribution) operations, and coordinating AGL (Amazon Global Logistics) shipments from suppliers in Asia into the Amazon network. You will also coordinate transfers from our 3PL partners and freight forwarders into Amazon's system, and keep a close eye on costs and overstock levels.You will report to the Supply Chain manager and work closely with our Supply Chain team and demand planning. This is a hands-on execution role: you will be the person who makes sure products arrive where they need to be, on time, and at the right cost.
Key Responsibilities
FBA Inbound Shipment ManagementCreate, manage, and optimise FBA inbound shipment plans across the EU, UK, US, and CA marketplacesCoordinate with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and Amazon on pickup and delivery schedulesMonitor inbound performance metrics (check-in rates, placement fees, shipment problems) and resolve issues proactivelyEnsure correct labelling, packaging compliance, and shipment documentation
AWD (Amazon Warehousing and Distribution)Manage inventory levels and replenishment flows within AWDCoordinate transfers from AWD to FBA fulfilment centresOptimise AWD usage to balance storage costs with availability
AGL (Amazon Global Logistics)Coordinate ocean and air shipments from Asian suppliers through AGL into Amazon's networkTrack shipments end-to-end and escalate delays or issuesCompare AGL rates and transit times against alternative freight options
3PL-to-Amazon Transfer CoordinationPlan and execute transfers from external 3PL warehouses and forwarders into FBA and AWDAlign transfer timing with demand planning inputs and FBA capacity windowsEnsure smooth handoffs between external logistics partners and Amazon's receiving process
Cost Monitoring and Overstock PreventionTrack Amazon logistics costs: storage fees, aged inventory surcharges, inbound placement fees, AWD feesFlag cost anomalies and recommend corrective actionsMonitor inventory age and work with the team to prevent long-term storage penaltiesProduce a monthly Amazon logistics cost report
Performance ReportingMaintain a weekly dashboard covering inbound performance, AWD utilisation, cost per unit shipped, and overstock indicatorsReport on KPIs and flag deviations to management
About You
2 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central logistics (FBA inbound, shipment creation, inventory management)You know your way around FBA shipment workflows, understand placement fees, and can troubleshoot inbound problems without hand-holdingExperience with AWD and/or AGL is a strong plus — if you have managed either, you will hit the ground runningYou are organised, reliable, and detail-oriented. You follow up on every shipment and do not let things slip through the cracksYou are comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel) for tracking, reporting, and analysisYou communicate clearly in English (our working language) and flag problems early rather than waiting for them to escalateYou are based in Eastern Europe and available to work full-time remotely
Nice to have:
Experience working with consumer goods or e-commerce brands selling on multiple Amazon marketplacesFamiliarity with 3PL coordination and freight forwarding (ocean and air)Experience with cost analysis and logistics budgetingKnowledge of EU and US customs procedures as they relate to Amazon imports
