Your Mission
Lead and oversee all activities within the Operations area, ensuring optimal performance of people, processes, and equipment. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality output while maintaining safety, productivity, and continuous improvement standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, productivity, product accuracy, and breakage rates. Implement actions for improvement.
* Process & Equipment Efficiency: Ensure that process, equipment and infrastructure are functioning reliably and efficiently. Coordinate with maintenance teams to address technical issues promptly.
* Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop the operations team. Ensure proper staffing, training, and performance management.
* Operational Oversight: Supervise daily operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
* Quality & Compliance: Guarantee that all packaging activities meet quality standards and comply with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to align goals and ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
* Data & Reporting: Record workforce data relevant for productivity analysis and payroll. Use insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Organization Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a production or packaging environment, with direct team management experience.
