**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Prospecting & Lead Generation**:
- Conduct outbound cold calling to potential educational institutions across Mainland Europe to introduce Flywire's payment solutions.
- Leverage social media and other digital channels to identify and engage potential leads.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis to identify and segment client niches.
- Keep detailed reports of the status of contacted accounts and manage follow-up actions.
- Track, manage, and report on sales activities and pipeline development using Salesforce.
**2. Client Engagement**:
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings between potential clients and Flywire’s sales executives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target institutions.
- Present Flywire's value proposition effectively to prospective clients in Spanish, English, and French.
**3. Market Research & Strategy**:
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to drive lead generation.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events across Europe to promote Flywire and establish new connections.
**4. Sales Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine Flywire’s product offerings and sales approach.***
**5. Organization & Reporting.**
- Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring timely follow-up with leads and prospects.
- Regularly update Salesforce with accurate and up-to-date information on all sales activities.
- Prepare and present weekly reports on sales metrics, pipeline status, and business development activities.
- Report directly to the Mainland Europe Sales Director.
**Qualifications** Here’s What We’re Looking For**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a business development or sales role, preferably within the education or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Experience in the public sector and familiarity with public tender process in European Countries.
- Comfortable with traveling across Europe to attend conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Adaptable and quick to learn in a rapidly evolving industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to segment client niches effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Spanish, English, and French (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Salesforce, social media marketing, and digital lead generation tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality with an energetic, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.***
