During the first year, your focus will be on building a successful commercial operation through hands-on business development. What You'll Be Building
Based in Barcelona, you will dive growth across France, developing strategic relationships with clients seeking expertise in:

Your Mission
Drive New Business Growth
- Identify, target, and secure new clients across France.
- Build relationships with decision-makers within consulting firms, systems integrators, technology companies, and enterprise organisations.
- Understand client challenges and position tailored technology and consulting solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract signature.
- Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently convert business.
- Generate revenue and margin growth through successful placements and project engagements.
Shape the Future Commercial Team
As the business gains momentum, you will play a pivotal role in building the future sales organisation.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new business developers.
- Help define sales processes, performance metrics, and best practices.
- Coach and mentor future team members.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, account acquisition, or consulting services.
- Experience within IT services, technology consulting, recruitment, staffing, managed services, or digital transformation environments is highly valued.
- Strong new business hunting skills and a passion for opening doors.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Natural leadership qualities with a desire to build and lead teams.
- Fluent French is essential.
- Professional English is required.
- Spanish is advantageous but not essential.
