Overview
Sr. Analyst, SAP Analytics DevOps is a role in PepsiCo Data, Analytics and AI team responsible for supporting and evolving critical business analytics capabilities.
The key responsibilities:
* SAP Analytics (incl. TPM).
* Functional and technical consultancy to team stakeholders (users, IT solution leads, and other teams).
* Continuously identify and improve systems to meet business’ growing requirements and eliminate recurring problems.
* Providing analysis and solutions for incidents as well as ensuring the service level agreements (SLA) are met.
* SAP Analytics/TPM solution governance (Dev Sync, Quality assurance).
* Project governance/delivery (in case of project assignment).
The role reports to Data Analytics and AI team leadership – SAP BI / Analytics team lead.
Responsibilities
* Ensures SAP PGT Analytics DevOps service delivery for Europe within agreed SLAs.
* Adheres to standards and best practices for SAP PGT Analytics solution.
* Ensures SAP PGT Analytics changes quality assurance as part of Global/Europe release management procedure.
* Provides input into setting data modeling and design principles, standards, and best practices.
* Develops data model and design plan that maximizes usability and reduces redundancy.
* Translates functional design into technical specifications (CI program).
* Builds and tests solutions.
* Reviews data designs in order to share best practices with the data modeling and design team.
* Remains up-to-date on the latest solution analytics in order to apply the new learnings to technical solutions.
* Provides comprehensive analysis using a variety of enterprise-wide applications (e.g., querying, scorecards, drill-through, and drill-down capabilities).
* Ensures SAP PGT Analytics changes governance (projects, CIs, breakfixes) following release management procedures and agreed systems upgrade schedule.
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in SAP BI (Dev/Ops).
* 5+ years project management experience.
* Technical Skills: SAC/Fiori eHANA CDS, SL, SAP TP, BOBJ/WEB.
* PBI as a plus.
* Non-Technical Skills: Learning agility, business acumen.
* Must be a strong team player with effective teamwork skills.
