Experteer Overview In this role you will advance Abiomed's heart recovery vision by educating and supporting surgical teams across Iberia on the Impella portfolio. You will lead clinical training, proctoring, and data-driven outcome improvement, partnering with hospitals and distributors. You will drive adoption through hands-on case support, peer networks, and conference representation. This role blends clinical excellence with strategic field activities to enhance patient outcomes. You will contribute to shaping cardiovascular care in the region through hands-on training and collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Proctor and support cases in new and complex surgical accounts
- Conduct After Action Reviews with physicians and communicate findings
- Lead ongoing surgical training across European key sites
- Drive growth and performance of the surgical business through coordination with cross-functional teams
- Manage customer education for new and existing accounts to ensure optimal outcomes
- Establish peer-to-peer networks and support educational programs with physicians
- Support goal of making Heart Recovery the standard of care via proper device use training
- Represent Abiomed at surgical conferences in the EMEA region
- Travel up to 80% within territoryResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's Degree in health related field
- 5+ years' direct patient support in OR with cardiac surgery or related surgical medical devices (Heart Failure and MCS) experience
- 3+ years of commercial experience with products/technologies in cardiovascular space
- Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery, perfusion, MCS, ICU, and structural heart
