* Partner with GTM and sales teams to develop and execute business strategies.
* Collaborate with local distributors and retail partners to design and implement joint marketing campaigns, including promotions to boost sales.
* Develop new Mi stores and zones to enhance Xiaomi's offline brand visibility and in-store presence.
* Create in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies to attract customers.
Requirements:
* University degree in Marketing or Business Management.
* Proven experience in retail marketing within the mobile phone industry.
* Understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance.
* Strategic and analytical thinking skills to improve brand market share.
* Innovative approach with experience in consumer engagement at events.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* 5-10 years of experience in the retail industry.
