In this role, you'll support financial performance across the EMEA region through sharp monthly reporting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts. You'll analyze variances, turn insights into action, support audits, and contribute to ad‐hoc projects that keep the business moving forward.
As a Financial Controller you will
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and monthly rolling forecast
Perform variance analysis and deliver clear reporting
Drive actions based on insights from your analysis
Contribute to temporary projects
Support internal and external financial audits
Degree in Economics or Finance (University/College) or similar
Hands‐on experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably with a focus on controlling, financial analysis, or related areas
Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Good command of written and spoken English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models, use advanced functions, and analyze large datasets
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems (SAP, VENA) as a plus
Experience in using financial modeling and analysis tools
Ability to create various types of charts and graphs to visually represent data.
Power BI knowledge and AI skills as a plus
