This role is for an experienced Regulatory Officer in the flavour industry who ensures that all flavour ingredients, formulations, and finished products comply with relevant food safety, labelling, and regulatory standards across the markets in which the company operates. This role acts as the bridge between product development, quality, regulatory bodies, and customers, ensuring that products are legally compliant, accurately documented, and supported with the correct technical information.
Regulatory tasks include
§ Generation of technical documentation (TDS, SDS, Halal statement)
§ Filling in customer questionnaires
§ Provide technical documentation to our customers in a timely manner.
§ Provide regulatory assistance to key members of staff.
§ Data input for essential regulatory initiatives in software updates
§ Collaborating closely with Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
§ Develop relationships with colleagues internally, ensuring the needs and deadlines are met.
§ Provide feedback to the regulatory manager on regulatory procedures.
Be vigilant in matters relating to health and safety within and external to the company’s offices
