Job duties and responsibilities :

* Identify, contact, and close relationships with prospective merchants, focusing on online gambling, forex, and crypto verticals. Leverage existing networks to bring business to PayRetailers.
* Business Development : Experience in securing new opportunities, developing strategic plans, and achieving sales targets.
* Manage the full sales cycle from concept to contract signing and integration.
* Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, Compliance, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
* Market Insight : Understand market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
* Communication Skills : Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience and Qualifications :

* Experience in Payments, especially in Gambling and Forex industries, is a MUST.
* Proven sales experience managing top-tier accounts.
* Background in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech sectors.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive.
* Understanding of deal processes, negotiation, and realistic deal sizing.
* Fluent / advanced in English (written and spoken).
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Additional assets :

* Fluent / advanced Portuguese skills are advantageous.
