Overview
Fashion Support Consultant (Finnish-speaking) - On-site MH01 at Concentrix. This role is based in Malaga (on-site).

What You Will Do
* Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and resolve user requests.
* Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
* Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise related to applications specific to individual customers.
* Escalate potential service issues following project processes and procedures.
* Understand and comply with administrative duties.
Your Qualifications
* Proficient or bilingual in Finnish with an advanced level of English or Spanish.
* Customer care skills—ability to listen to and understand customers’ needs.
* Ability to own and progress calls to resolution or escalate as needed.
* Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
* Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows/MS Office/Internet configuration is a plus).
What’s In It For You
* Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
* Salary €21,000 gross/year + bonus up to €2,400 gross/year.
