Qualifications
 * 3+ years of professional experience in Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) administration
 * Solid background in monitoring, observability, and IT infrastructure operations
 * Proven experience in scripting for automation using Python and Bash
 * Hands‑on Linux system administration and configuration management tools such as Ansible
 * Design and implement Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports
 * Familiarity with integrating Splunk with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow (a strong plus)
 * Experience troubleshooting, incident response, and operational support using Splunk
 * Understanding of SLO/SLI, KPIs, and metrics tracking in an observability context
 * Knowledge of automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and artifact repositories
 * Awareness of security hardening, compliance, and best practices for monitoring platforms
 * Strong communication skills and ability to support users in international, cross‑functional environments
 * Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
Responsibilities
 * Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
 * Design, develop, and maintain custom dashboards, real‑time alerts, and operational reports to enable proactive monitoring.
 * Onboard new data sources across infrastructure and applications, and develop internal Splunk applications.
 * Automate repetitive operational tasks using Python, Bash, and Ansible to increase team efficiency and reliability.
 * Collaborate with IT, NetOps, SecOps, and CloudOps teams to integrate Splunk into broader observability, automation, and incident response workflows.
 * Drive continuous improvement by proposing and implementing platform enhancements aligned with industry best practices.
 * Support and train internal users on Splunk capabilities, promoting self‑service and knowledge sharing.
 * Contribute to the evolution of automation and intelligent operations within a forward‑thinking, tech‑driven environment.
