Danish Speaking Customer Service Specialist- Hybrid
We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international digital marketing and customer engagement team.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, multilingual team while influencing the online marketing landscape in the Danish market.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in consultative conversations with business clients to understand their marketing goals and provide tailored strategic recommendations.
* Collaborate with companies and agencies to enhance campaign performance and maximize their advertising investment.
* Identify opportunities to introduce value-added solutions and contribute to business growth through upselling or cross-selling when suitable.
* Consistently achieve individual performance targets while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
* Communicate professionally and proactively with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Native-level Danish (C2) proficiency.
* Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, ideally involving campaign optimization (PPC experience is a strong advantage).
* At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing account management roles.
* Familiarity with online advertising platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
* Passionate about marketing, technology, and digital media, with a willingness to grow and develop professionally.

* Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive salary: 23,000- 30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
* Sales bonus package: Up to 3,000 - 4,290 gross per year

* Permanent contract & full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
