Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the contracting process with clients in B2B and B2C environments, focusing on signing the most competitive rates for Hotelbeds.
2. Negotiate contract renewal conditions, including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policies.
3. Monitor hotel performance closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability.
4. Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions to maintain good service and positive relationships.
5. Ensure suppliers understand Hotelbeds' value proposition and marketing tools to optimize each hotel's income.
6. Utilize computer skills, especially Excel, to manage contracts and data effectively.
7. Work with upper management to align contracting strategies and negotiations.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in English (desirable) and the relevant market/region language.
