For our client, a Spain-based distributor of a wide range of horticulture and cultivation products serving grow shops, online grow shops and cannabis-sector retailers, we are hiring a Sales Representative for Southern Spain.In this field-based B2B role, you will own the territory, expanding and nurturing a portfolio of accounts while acting as the face of the brand across the region.
You'll promote a comprehensive catalogue (nutrients, substrates, growing media, lighting, irrigation and climate control, measurement and trimming accessories, etc...) and translate customer needs into tailored solutions that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.Work ModeRemote job.
80% field-based activity within the assigned territory (planned client visits and meetings).
20% home-based work and internal meetings (in-office and virtual).
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full sales cycle in the territory: prospecting, product presentations/demos, closing, and after-sales follow-up.Acquire new B2B customers and grow existing ones.Promote and sell the product and service catalogue.Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales KPIs.Record commercial activity accurately in the corporate CRM and maintain clean data.Prepare activity/results reports and reliable forecasts.Coordinate with logistics/operations to ensure correct and timely order fulfilment.Represent the company at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.REQUISITOS MÍNIMOSRequirementsResidence in Southern Spain (preferably Seville or Granada).
Minimum education: Upper secondary (Bachillerato) or equivalent.Cannabis sector experience: minimum 1 year.Similar sales role experience: minimum 1 year.Category B driving licence; availability for frequent travel in Spain and occasional travel within Europe.Languages: native-level (C2) Spanish and B1 English.Proven ability to build a stable portfolio of new active B2B customers.Track record of strengthening existing accounts while driving sales growth.CRM proficiency.Good negotiation skills.Clear, effective communication; analytical and results-oriented.Self-managed, reliable, and collaborative.Commercial strategy mindset and active listening.Nice to Have (Plus)Solid understanding of cannabis-sector products (substrates, nutrients, lighting, climate/ventilation, irrigation controllers, etc...).
