This is a role that will give you visibility, challenges, and a great sense of accomplishment.You will take a role in recruiting for our European offices (mainly UK, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, and Italy). You will recruit across multiple locations, profiles and seniority levels. This includes our Sales Graduate Programs as well as senior strategic hires. You will drive all candidate engagement activities and work with Talent Leadership team in People excellence related projects (Employer branding, search strategies, market intelligence reports, DE&I, amongst others)Some of the activities that you will be responsible for are (but are not limited to): Search, analyze and select candidates; Lead the hiring process from resume screening through to offer and onboarding stage; Work with your regional hiring managers to identify the best profile and search strategy for your region; Advertise job vacancies on appropriate channels (i.e. job boards, universities, recruitment fairs); Work with Talent Leadership team in recruitment best practice related projects; Partner with other components of the K2 People Office in order to drive engagement, DE&I initiatives and excellence projects; Requirements & Skills 4-6 years of experience in a similar role; Exposure to branding initiatives and projects; Adept at building relationships, team collaboration, results driven and a positive attitude Ambitious, hardworking, and determined to take the next step in your career Proven track record in recruitment and excellent negotiation skills Fluent in English and one (or more) of the following: Italian, French, Spanish, German This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
