Role Overview
As an HR operations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing benefits and supporting the HR system landscape, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor regulations while delivering seamless HR process execution. You will collaborate closely with service providers and internal teams to oversee benefits processing, handle on-site documentation, and resolve employee queries. Additionally, you will act as a backup for payroll and social security administration, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR-related transactions.
In this role, you will facilitate HR system-related issues, working across multiple teams to resolve challenges and support local system changes and implementations. You will also contribute to onboarding, HR knowledge base updates, and reporting while maintaining accurate HR data. Your ability to provide clear and consistent guidance, adhere to established processes, and participate in system-related projects will be essential in enhancing HR operations and employee experience.
What you bring :
* Excellent understanding of HR procedures, systems and concepts through acquired experience.
* Strong analytical & technical skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
* Must be able to handle complex issues in a professional, confidential, and sensitive manner.
* Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment, and to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
* Working experience of SAP Success Factors / Workday and advanced Excel.
