About the role
We're hiring an
Implementation & Customer Delivery Manager
to take ownership of how our customers are onboarded to use our platform to be the foundation of their sustainability programs.
We work with agricultural companies on carbon footprinting (Scope 3 FLAG and Scope 1-3) and biodiversity assessments. These projects are heavy at the start: messy data, unclear sources, gaps, and real-world constraints. This role exists to guide both customers and colleagues through the projects.
If you do this well, customers trust us early, implementations run smoothly, and we naturally become a bigger part of their sustainability programs.
What you'll do
Customer onboarding & delivery
* Lead customer onboardings
* Work with customers to identify and plan how to get the needed data to analyze their environmental impact
* Plan and coordinate internal tasks with the product team to ensure a smooth implementation based on the customer's context
* Ensure customers understand how to use our product and features
Recurring projects & continuity
* Manage recurring sustainability assessments year-to-year
* Ensure delivery quality, consistency, and improvement over time
* Act as the operational link between customers, sales and our product team
Research & EU projects
* Coordinate delivery of research and EU-funded projects, where we take part as a technology provider
* Plan tasks, support reviews, and ensure deliverables are completed on time
What success looks like
* You independently run customer onboardings and assessment deliveries
* Internal task planning with developers is clear and efficient
* Customers feel well-guided and confident from the first implementation
Who this role is for
* Fluent in English and Spanish (

* Based in/willing to relocate to Valencia (
required
)
* 2+ years of experience in implementation, delivery, consulting, customer operations or customer success
* Strong data literacy (Excel, structured datasets)
* Background or strong interest in sustainability, climate, or agriculture
* Comfortable leading customer conversations
* Fast learner who enjoys picking up new topics
