About the RoleAt CARRER, we’re looking for an Operations & Customer Service Intern to support our daily operations at CARRER. This role is designed for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is keen to gain hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and customer interaction within a growing fashion company.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders, including processing, follow-up, and issue resolution.Assist with orders returns, exchanges, and coordination with logistics partners.Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory.Manage day-to-day customer service support, solving order-related queries and ensuring a positive client experience.Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to keep processes efficient and up-to-date.RequirementsStudent or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.Based in BarcelonaConfident with Excel (pivot tables, basic data analysis).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Interest in fashion, retail, and operational processes.Fluent in English, Spanish is required.Immediate availability to start.What We OfferPaid internship.First-hand experience in the day-to-day operations of a growing fashion brand.Involvement across multiple areas: customer service, logistics, and sales support.Employee discount on our products.Interested?Send your CV to
