We're committed to fostering a culture of creativity, belonging and continuous learning, attracting and developing the brightest talent, and providing exciting career opportunities that help our people grow.ResponsabilitiesCreate digital pieces for social media and ads.Support in the creation of visual concepts.Develop rapid prototypes of designs.Prepare files for production and localisation.Design using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Research design trends and contribute ideas.Assist in the preparation of creative presentations.Work with other teams to execute projects.Adapt designs for different markets and platforms.RequirementsDegree in Advertising, Design or similar.Interest in art direction and creation of digital pieces.Knowledge of the design process, including creativity, production and localisation.Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign).Ability to rapidly prototype visual designs.Contribute to the workflow of the Shopper team.ConditionsDynamic and creative work environmentInternational company with great growth potentialOn-site practices with possibility of telecommutingAccess to training25 hours per week (5 hours daily between 9 :
