As Network Service Delivery Manager, you will:

* Lead the evolution of our global network service management framework
* Drive measurable improvements in service quality, stability, and performance
* Influence strategic vendor partnerships and global operational standards
* Ensure our employees and customers experience reliable, secure, world‑class connectivity

You will operate at the heart of our Global IT organization, working closely with leadership, service providers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously elevate our digital backbone.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Owning the end‑to‑end lifecycle of global network services
* Defining governance, KPIs, reporting structures, and service improvement plans
* Managing third‑party providers to ensure SLA excellence and accountability
* Leading incident governance and escalation management
* Using data and trend analysis to proactively reduce recurring issues
* Driving root cause analysis and preventative improvement initiatives
* Supporting strategic network projects that enable business expansion
* Optimizing global networking spend while protecting service quality
What You Bring
* 7+ years of experience in global IT Network Service Management
* Strong technical foundation across WAN, LAN, and security environments
* Proven ability to manage large‑scale operational ecosystems
* Solid ITIL knowledge and service governance experience
* Strong vendor and SLA management capability
* Analytical, structured, and improvement‑driven mindset
* Confidence operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
* Excellent communication skills in English
