Position

Moët Hennessy Wine Estates (MHWE) is a unique collection of prestigious wineries spread across 5 continents. Our vineyards are located on exceptional sites and are among the best terroirs of their appellation and each of our wineries have broken new ground - by pioneering new or forgotten regions, or through innovative & distinctive winemaking techniques.

Rooted into Spanish history and terroir, Bodega Numanthia is the birthplace of powerful and elegant wines, iconic incarnations of the prestigious Designation of Origin Toro.

Reporting directly to Bodega Numanthia's Estate Director, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for:

- Supporting the business strategy through HR initiatives
- Partnering with the Estate Director in strategic planning and strategic thinking
- Providing a day-to-day support to all levels of the organization to elevate the employee experience and strengthen engagement

The Human Resources Coordinator will report functionally to the MHWE Human Resources Director and is an active member of the Moët Hennessy Wine Estates HR Community.

Job responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Lead the recruitment process for all positions (permanent, temporary, intern, VIE…) scouting and sourcing through local networking and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, career website, job boards).
- Respond to spontaneous candidacies.
- Organize inductions for new joiners.
- Drive employer branding actions.

Learning & Development

- Lead the Organizational Management Review (OMR) process for the Maison.
- Identify development needs, recommend and implement solutions, and hold career discussions with all team members.
- Lead and support the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy (including Health & safety topics), ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
- Partner with internal (MHWE/MH/LVMH) stakeholders and/or external vendors to achieve defined learning and development objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

- Lead the Individual Compensation Review (ICR) process for the Maison.
- Manage and monitor the HR budget (FTE, workforce costs, and HR fees) and actuals.
- Participate in all financial exercises, including Budget, Forecast, and Strategic Plan.
- Co-lead with MH Spain on payroll, compliance, and administrative processes (contracts, agreements, paperwork).
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as the integral Mercer survey.

Engagement

- Drive MH/LVMH engagement surveys, propose and deploy strategic, effective, and thoughtful action plans.
- Organize local team gatherings to strengthen employee engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with key members to facilitate feedback exchange on assigned duties (e.g., training, process completion such as performance management campaigns, etc.) and to discuss overall performance and engagement.
- Develop strong partnerships with the MHWE HR Community and the MH Spain HR team.

Health & Safety

- In all departments, lead and promote Health & Safety culture and practices.
- In close partnership with the technical team, support the ISO processes & guidelines.

Other

- Execute all HRIS project deliveries.
- Support Group Report Campaigns, including Conflict of Interest (COI), Annual Report, CSR Report.
- Deliver regular head-quarters related reporting such as: Monthly review to MHWE HR Director, winery dashboard, Bi-monthly report to MHWE Comex, Business Presentations (forecasts, corporate visits to the Estate, etc.), and others.
- Participate in diverse HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and assist in the development of policies where needed. Eventually requiring a from scratch research.
- Be the main point of contact for all HR topics.

Profile

Education: University degree or business school. Majors in Management or HR.

Languages : Spanish fluency mandatory; English advanced/fluent

Additional information

VIE contract based at the winery (nearby relevant cities within 30' to 60' driving distance: Zamora, Salamanca, and Valladolid).

The position will be open starting in Q3 2026.

V.I.E. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply for this V.I.E. role in Spain, you must:

- Be a citizen of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland)
- Be between 18 and 28 years old at the start of the assignment
- Not have already completed a V.I.E
