In this key role, you'll transform strategic partnerships into seamless, premium experiences that attract luxury travellers and drive incremental, high‐value traffic.
About the roleAs Partnerships Manager, the key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with cruise lines, shore excursion operators, port agents, and other key stakeholders
Develop tailored partnerships and packages
Create exclusive shopping experiences and offers
Manage and optimise the Tourism CRM programme
Support marketing campaigns and initiatives targeting cruise passengers and operators.
Develop partnership opportunities with ports, cruise terminals, and related hospitality services.
Attend cruise industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to represent La Roca Village and strengthen its presence in the cruise market.
Role requirementsWe are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
Proven experience in sales or business development within the cruise industry.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, performance, and ROI.
Excellent organization and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
An international mindset and cultural awareness, open to diverse markets and guest profiles.
Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages would be an advantage.
