Description
The Institutional and Academic Relations Department is responsible for the academic experience and the career development of students and participants.
The department supports students and alumni in accessing the job market, strengthening employer connections, and enhancing professional outcomes, while maintaining an active and engaged alumni network.
Role
The Talent & Career Development Consultant is responsible for delivering career services and contributing to alumni-related activities, supporting career placement through advising, training, and employer engagement.
The role combines career advising, training, employer engagement, and alumni interaction, ensuring strong alignment between talent and market opportunities.
The position works in close coordination with Institutional Relations, particularly when engaging with shared institutions or corporate partners.
Responsibilities
* Career Services for Students and Alumni
* Provide individual career advising to students and alumni, including:
Career orientation
CV and profile development
Interview preparation
* Guide students and alumni in executing their job search strategy aligned with market opportunities.
* Deliver career workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on job search and recruitment processes.
* Support students and alumni throughout recruitment processes, providing follow-up and guidance to improve outcomes.
* Identify student and alumni needs and contribute to the development of career tools, resources, and support initiatives.
* Engage alumni involvement in:
Recruitment opportunities
Mentoring and career activities
Institutional initiatives
* Maintain relationships with alumni, supporting both career-related needs and overall engagement.
Employer Engagement
* Organize and support recruitment events, company presentations, and career activities.
* Identify, manage, and promote job opportunities, internships, and recruitment processes aligned with student and alumni profiles.
* Build and maintain relationships with employers for recruitment purposes, ensuring relevance and continuity.
* Coordinate internship agreements and recruitment processes between students and companies.
* Support employer engagement activities in coordination with Institutional Relations, ensuring visibility and avoiding duplication of outreach.
Data, Reporting & Coordination
* Track placement outcomes and alumni career progression.
* Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Contribute to reporting on:
Career outcomes
Job market trends
Engagement activities
* Collaborate with:
Institutional Relations (employer coordination)
Academic teams (student alignment and faculty engagement)
Skills
* Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or career consulting
* Fluent in English
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Student- and client-oriented mindset
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Results-oriented and proactive approach
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
* Knowledge of job market trends and recruitment processes
* Knowledge of the higher education sector, especially in Economics, is a plus
* IT knowledge: CRM systems, Google Workspace, and digital tools
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Ability to travel
